Message from Chapter President

Connie Turner GibsonGreetings!

The Sensational San Diego Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Incorporated welcomes you to our website!

We are happy that you are interested in learning more about Jack and Jill of America and would love to share our pride in our organization with you.

Jack and Jill of America, Incorporated was founded in 1938 by the visionary Mrs. Marion Stubbs Thomas as a medium for African American mothers to connect their children for social, cultural and educational opportunities. Membership in Jack and Jill of America, Inc. is by invitation only.

There are two chapters in San Diego County. The boundary for our chapter includes all of San Diego County South of Highway 52. To be eligible for consideration, mothers must have children between the ages of 2 to 19.  New member intake doesn’t happen every year, but we will do our best to let you know when the process begins.

We unite together in Jack and Jill with the primary purpose of seeing our children and all children succeed in every way, as they develop into future leaders.  If you wish to learn more, please contact us. Our VP responsible for membership will respond to your inquiry.

Thank you for your interest.

Connie Turner Gibson,
Chapter President
